Terms and Subscription Terms

This page explains the basic terms for Teak Browser (“Teak”) and the purchase, renewal, and restore rules for the Pro subscription service.

1. General

Welcome to Teak and its Pro subscription service. To use Teak’s Pro subscription service, you should read and comply with these Terms and Subscription Terms.

By using Teak or activating the Pro subscription service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.

2. Pro subscription service

After you claim, purchase, or otherwise activate the Pro subscription service, you may continue to access all Pro features included in Teak during the applicable service period.

The specific available features, presentation, and service period are subject to what is shown in the Teak app and in your App Store subscription records.

3. Monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are auto-renewable subscription services provided by the App Store after you activate the Pro subscription service.

If you subscribe to a monthly or yearly plan, you authorize Apple to charge the payment method associated with your Apple ID, iTunes, or App Store account for the next billing period when your current subscription period is about to expire.

Auto-renewal charges are generally initiated within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. The exact timing and rules are governed by Apple’s and the App Store’s subscription policies.

4. Account and billing

You are responsible for ensuring that the Apple ID, iTunes, or App Store account used for the subscription is in good standing and has a valid balance or payment method for renewal charges.

If renewal fails because of insufficient balance, an invalid payment method, or other account-related reasons, your Pro subscription service may stop taking effect, and you are responsible for the resulting impact.

5. Cancellation and refunds

To cancel auto-renewal, you can manage your subscription in the App Store or Apple ID subscription settings. After cancellation, you can usually continue using Pro features until the end of the current paid period.

Subscription cancellation, refund requests, and related handling are managed by Apple and are subject to App Store policies and decisions. Teak does not collect or store your payment information and cannot directly process App Store payment refunds.

6. Purchase not activated after payment

If your Pro service does not become active promptly after subscribing and paying, please first update Teak to the latest version.

After updating, tap “Restore” at the bottom of the Pro purchase page to restore your Pro benefits.

7. Changes to these terms

To the extent permitted by law, Teak may update these terms based on product, service, or compliance requirements.

Updated terms will be posted on this page and will take effect when posted. We recommend that you review this page periodically for the latest version.
